It’s important to remember that Roger doesn’t have a defined gender either, since he isn’t human. He indirectly identifies himself as such in ‘You Debt Your Life’ when he refers to Andy Dick as ‘another fey, Pansexual, alcoholic, nonhuman’. He’s still young and hasn’t fully explored his sexuality (romantically or sexually) so I don’t feel comfortable slapping a label on him tbh (unless he refers to himself as a certain sexuality in the future). I believe Steve is probably straight but possibly bisexual. Honestly I firmly believe Hayley is straight but she tries to be as ‘Left’ as she can and I can definitely see her pretending to be gay/bi or convincing herself that she is. Hayley has previously said she is straight. His mother wouldn’t let him play with dolls or do anything ‘girly’ when he was a child and obviously he has a rough relationship with his father. He may be bi-curious but his beliefs and behaviour could be heavily related to his misogynistic and heteronormative upbringing. Also, he seems extremely easily swayed by a bunch of shirtless, athletic teenage boys when Roger rents him a new friend group in the bullet train episode. Her making out with the girl in My Morning Straitjacket doesn’t necessarily mean anything as she had an ulterior motive, however her inviting the female security guard to join her and Stan in the dressing room later does contribute to her being bisexual/bicurious. In the Gina Lavetti episode, Francine identifies herself as bi-curious. Roger is, in my opinion, the most androgynous cartoon character, and canonically isn't either male or female since his species literally has no gender. We simply do so because it seems closer to what we relate to those pronouns to. That being said, Roger is most certainly Pansexual.ĮDIT: To that extent, it's inaccurate for us to even refer to him as male, or with male pronouns. There is no way for us to know whether every member of his species is pansexual/attracted to extrateresstrial species regardless of gender or not, so we can only define him based on the vernacular of the population he is interacting with. You are suggesting the idea of pansexuality being so foreign that it wouldn't apply to him, which is understandable since his species has no genders, but that doesn't mean pansexuality can't be introduced with interactions with species who do have genders. This makes him, by Earth standards, pansexual. He has the ability to find anyone attractive, no matter what their gender is Want to act like you live in Langley Falls, along with the Smiths?
